4. Subscription and Billing

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.2 Free Trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Generated Assets

Pro and Enterprise users receive a commercial license for all generated brand assets. Free plan users receive a personal use license only.

5.2 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, and AI models, belong to SaaS App. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or not meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that generated assets will be unique or free from similarity to existing brands. You are responsible for verifying that generated content is suitable for your use.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
